It was okay, about what you’d expect from a motel. The beds were very springy and not comfortable, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. There was no air throughout the halls or in the lobby which made it very uncomfortable checking in. The breakfast options were super limited, nothing great. It was fine overall just nothing to rave about. I feel it was overpriced, but we went on a weekend for a concert where pretty much everywhere was sold out so I expected it to be more than usual.

They gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned. We opened the door and someone was still in the room. The place smelled musty and gross.

It was very difficult to check in. They had tried telling me at first that I had already checked in. I showed them my itinerary and my credentials and then after we checked in and got our room outside, it was 94° but inside our room it was over 100 so it was very uncomfortable. We had to leave for over six hours just for our room to cool down as the air conditioner did not work that well and I figured since we were checking in they were not already had at least a fan or something going in the room, but it was so hot

In and out of the building needs atention. One of the security doors was broken, so much for that. My key would not work twice. The room was clean that's the good thing.
