Was not impressed at all! Staff didn't go out of their way to accommodate you. Was pulling teeth to get bedding for the hide a bed. Strangers trying to get into our room at 3AM. The facility book them the room that we were already in. Was scared to open the door at that time of the night to who knows on the other side. Had to make our own bed for the next people to accommodate the room..doubt if the sheets are washed in between occupants. Had to take our own trash out before leaving. Housekeeping only cleans rooms once every 2 weeks!! Will never go back again!!

I liked the idea of having a kitchenette but there were not any pots, pans, utensils, playes etc nor did it state that in the advert for the room. The property needs some tlc- the only good thingvabout this stay were the kind and attentive staff there

Area is okay. Hotel is kind of ran down with unpainted plaster on the walls, had at least 10 ladybugs in the window dead and alive. The window screen in my room was torn. They say the lobby is locked during the night hours but wasent. The plastic corner wall protectors was falling off the wall. But it was a cheap hotel so i get what i paid for.

We booked this hotel as a last minute kind of thing. Tiolet didn't flush like it suppose to had to ask front desk to bring the olunger, phone didn't work even though it was plugged in, the hot water at night was cold. If I'm ever in the area again I probably wouldn't waste my time booking this hotel. Customer service was pretty good but just slow.

Disappointing Stay

The hotel is in a safe area and parking is free and abundant. Bedding was new and clean. Those are the positives. Reception staff was unwelcoming and dismissive. Cupboards in rooms were full of crumbs and leftover food from previous occupant. No ice machine in hotels -was told that there were ice cube trays in room fridge which was true, but they were empty. Breakfast consisted of a mini muffin or a granola type bar, coffee. Very disappointing considering the cost of the room I paid.

The front desk receptionist cut me off everytime I spoke and tried to ask a question. I had to repeat my question multiple times because she didn’t shut up long enough to hear the question to answer it properly. The first room assigned to me the air didn’t work. The 2nd room the key card wouldn’t work I made 3 trips to the front desk before she came up to room and open the door herself. Then while sleeping I was bitten multiple times in my sleep that woke me up. Needless to say it was one of the worst stays I’ve had in a long time.

The front desk staff, a young gentleman who shared he'd only been there a week - initially told me he couldn't check me in because the system was doing an update. I had called earlier in the day to notify that I was going to be a very late arrival and was told the message would be passed on. The young guy then told me that he didn't see my reservation, then he told me that he found me under the no show list. However, he was amazing at swiftly correcting the issue and getting me checked in. I appreciated his professionalism and assistance.

Worst Ever

This was the most filthy place we've ever viewed. We couldn't get in the back door as the card reader wasn't working. The carpet was soiled so bad it was flat and black. I wanted to wash my dog's feet! We then couldn't get in the room we were assigned. We called from the hall for another hotel as our neighboring room had a rotating door of people coming in and out and weird containers being brought into their room We were to wary of the area, filth and habitants to stay

Affordable, but at what cost?

This property was very affordable, but maybe not worth the experience. The property is not well kept: overflowing trash cans, stained rugs, siding unstuck. The room was fairly clean, which was nice, but the building needs severe upkeep.
