“I didn't expect 5-star amenities for the rate I paid, but I DID expect what was listed on the website. There was NO breakfast of any kind. Room was musty smelling, stains on the carpet, broken plaster and furniture. The bathroom door had been broken at some time and never repaired. We had to go to the front desk twice to get a TV remote that worked. There were no phones in the rooms, as "the system didn't work". I'm guessing that's why there also wasn't a smoke alarm in the room! I fairness,……

“Smelly, TV didn't work , resulting in changing room and beds. First room was a queen bed 2nd room was 2 twin . First room had 0 hangers .”

“The pool was not opened they said that the pump was broken. So that was a bummer. Not to mention that the TV did not work either. Whenever I complained about the TV they said there was nothing they could do. I did ask the switch room so we can have a TV any. When I was showering the shower head came off and hit me the head. But the worst thing was the way the staff were so rude. We used to stay here all the time that used to be a nice place :-(”

“Do not show up early to check in or you will get a lecture. Pool was small but nice in the heat. We opted to get breakfast elsewhere so don't know if it was good. Room was clean and looked updated. shower door didn't close correctly. AC kept turning off so it took a long time to cool off. Near the airport so there was occasional airplane noise. If you need a cheap place to stay for a night or two, it works. I wouldn't want to stay there longer.”

“When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us……

“These rooms are huge! Plenty of space to spread out, sofas, chairs etc... I like the courtyard with the natural light as well.”

“It had a fire and the reception area was disgusting. The staff person was cold and offered us to view the room first. We did and it was nasty. We choose to take a refund and left.”
