「Staff is friendly. Although not knowing much English, they basically tried their best to communicate with me. Room is okay. I only had a short stay there but in general a good hotel. Breakfast choices are limited but good.」

「距離巴士站5到10分鐘腳程，位在安道爾大街上，走路就可到主要景點和購物，附近有開到半夜的餐廳，吃東西不用擔心，飯店人員都會說英文，也很親切，很值得住。」

「Decent family room if you are used to ski resort sizes. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. At least it was quite which makes a change for Andorran lodgings」

「櫃台服務人員很親切有禮貌，讓人覺得很舒服。 早餐也不錯，尤其當一邊用餐一邊看著窗外飄著雪的時候。 旅館在老安道爾最繁榮的大街上，所以逛街購物用走路就可以完成。 一樓大廳有燒著木頭的壁爐，讓來自沒有下雪地區的我們特別有感覺。」

「Muy buena ya son varias veces que utilizo su hotel, camareros, botones, recepción muy bien salvo como detalle una señora de recepción un poco agresiva en la forma de comunicar de hablar y te sienta un poco mal, pensé que era el carácter pero eran sus modales cdo le preguntabas algo, los demás empleados mismo un señor muy educado y amable y predispuesto excelente de recepción y la gente en general 」

「+: good equipment, clean room, in the center of commercial area so if you like shopping it is perfect location. -: the location is too noisy and crowded, so not good for people who want to have a relax trip. the staff who welcome us never smiles; she seems just want to finish talking with us as soon as possible, and she did not look at our eyes at all during the talk.」

「Hemos estado genial, hemos ido con nuestra bebé de 6 meses y todo perfecto. La ubicación está de maravilla, cerca de un espacio verde y en todo el centro. Se puede ir andando a todos lados. Los restaurantes de alrededor se come muy bien y de precios razonables.Repetiremos.」

「Great little hotel in the middle of Vella. Perfect base for a few days skiing with a hire car. Connected internally to the 4 star Mecure, you have the use of a lovely swimming pool, decent gym and sauna and a really good buffet breakfast. Such good value for money even if the decor is a little dated. Room was comfy and spotlessly clean. Would return 100% if visiting for a few days skiing and needing a good value, comfortable and located base. 」

「The hotel is ok. But Expedia chested us. When we book , it was written including breakfast even the confirmation email. But then hotel said not. Then I contact Expedia. They promise to refund me the price. When we reply them with the invoice excluding breakfast. They replied us they don’t give breakfast. We have to pay ourselves. From beginning to end, they cheated us twice. I gonna use law to claim it . Ideally not for little money but to let them do not cheat others. 」

「Je connais Andorre depuis très longtemps et c'est là, justement, que je me sens tout à fait décontracté. Andorre la vieille, Encamp, Engolasters et son lac artificiel, Ordino etc.... Mais un coup de coeur pour Sant Julia de Lòria. A bientôt!」
