Relaxed Coastal Living for the Whole Family – Pets Welcome!
Step into your sunny, duplex apartment in the heart of Lido di Spina, just 500 meters from the sea and surrounded by the serene beauty of the Po Delta Park. This bright and spacious home is ideal for families, featuring two levels, two bathrooms, air conditioning, and private balconies for soaking in the Adriatic breeze. Unwind in the 300 sqm resort pool with a bubble bath, or let the kids enjoy the play area while you sip a cappuccino or cocktail at the poolside bar. A reserved beach spot with a sun umbrella and loungers is also included!

A Nature-Lover’s Paradise with Pet Adventures
Your furry companions are more than welcome here! Spend mornings strolling the pinewood trails of the Po Delta Park, followed by a peaceful paddle along the Comacchio canals—many boat excursions in the region welcome leashed pets. With over 310 bird species, it’s also a top spot for birdwatching walks that your dog will love too. Leashed dogs are welcome on nearby beaches during off-peak hours, and several local cafés offer water bowls and pet-friendly terraces.

Culture, Cuisine & Day Trips Await
Enjoy fresh seafood and wood-fired pizza at the resort’s restaurant, or explore the nearby town of Comacchio, known as "Little Venice" for its charming canals and bridges. Day trips to Ravenna, Ferrara, and even Venice are within reach, offering a mix of history, culture, and Italian flair.

Zur Hauptsaison war es etwas voll, aber wir hatten trotzdem ausreichend Platz für unsere Familie. Die Restaurants in der Nähe waren ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, insbesondere das Papanero für eine schnelle Mahlzeit.
