"I appreciated the super friendly and very helpful staff who were always available. I also appreciate the safety of using your card for elevator to get to only your floor and the visibility of the security team. BUT, there are some things I would seriously consider reviewing. Please, invest in bed toppings that provide SOME form padded comfort because the mattresses were VERY uncomfortable. I appreciate that there were so many ashtrays all over the property BUT there was easily accessible smoking area with chairs - except to cross the hotel, enter the casino, and then out to a patio. Wonderful - yes; convenient in my pjs at 3 a.m. - NO.If you can provide such a space for a smoke-free casino, why not such a place on the hotel side? Finally, if I had booked this for summer travel and not been told that the pool was drained and under maintenance , I would have reconsidered my stay plans. Because of this issue, we were not allowed to sit there to smoke either."

"Check in staff was phenomenal, as well as parking and the room was clean. There was mold along the bathtub and the faucet in the bathtub leaked all night. As far as breakfast, I figured they would have had eggs and some sort of meat but they did not. But there was a note on the microwave about not heating up eggs in there …. Next time I will probably stay where they have a regular breakfast if possible "
