“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“Great choice”

“Toilet ran all night and hot water was only warm.”

“The front desk staff were very helpful. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was delicious with many options.”

“Good”

“Just remodeled the facility was great and the people were as well”

“It’s was a old hotel but it was clean and being remodeled. It looks nice so far.”

“They keep moving around saying wrong room why bags are heavy this is wrong”

“I saw a roach in my honeymoon suite. I screamed twice my first night when I saw a spider.”

“Room was not cleaned once while we were there the three nights we stayed. When we informed the front desk upon checkout, it was not a sincere apology. Other friends staying also had the same experience.”

“Insects in the room”

“need my refund. Room smelled like dirty feet.”

“Stayed on the third floor and every evening there was an overwhelming smell of food cooking. It would fill my room. Not what I want my hotel room to smell like. Tub was stained and door didn't close properly in the bathroom.”
