Located on the ground floor of the house, it comprises an attractive living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of around 1,200 m². - A south-facing wooden terrace of around 30 m² with furniture, barbecue and shade cloth to enjoy the fine weather.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Combrit, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park, in a numbered space near the flat (space no. 1).

- The house is divided into two 70 m² flats that can be rented together on request.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Internet connection available via a 4G box. The speed is moderate but sufficient for everyday use.
- The stove is operational, and a bag of pellets is provided per stay.
- Pets are welcome free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
