"We just completed a marvelously pleasant stay at this hotel. We were finishing a one month circuit of western France and some of the hotels we stayed at were, well, kind of meh. This was a wonderful final stop. The hotel is linked via a parking deck which leads to a shopping mall, which leads to the Place Comedie which is the main pedestrian path in the old town center. Lots of activity and shops and side streets to explore! The hotel has a rooftop pool and bar which has a great view of the city. Pool was a bit cold but we braved it anyway. There is also a large hydro spa and steam and dry saunas. Great for relaxing after hoofing it around town. And the morning breakfast is fabulous with attentive staff that can figure out how to get you almost anything. Highly recommend and hope to return soon! Only negative was getting hit with a 40 euro cab fare after trying to walk it and getting a bit lost. Not the hotel’s fault, be aware it is an easy two stops on the tram if you are coming into the Gare St Rich train station!"

"This place is awesome! The rooms are clean, comfortable and large for Europe. It's also very modern and the staff are friendly. Lastly, they have a nice restaurant on the bottom and bar. I would highly recommend it!! 😉"

"This is supposedly a four star hotel. Our three star Odalys (same chain) in Aix-en-Provence was better. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were stained, large paint chip the size of your fist was missing from the window sill. Walls were scuffed here and there. Comes with a single shower towel. (Getting a second required a phone call and then a visit to the front desk)."

"Arrivé au milieu d'un chantier complet dans le lobby pour cause de travaux je peux l'entendre.
Mais mon expérience a été des plus catastrophique.
Après un dîner d'affaire, je rentre dans ma chambre et la salle de bain était inondée à cause d'un un dégât des eaux.
A 23h30 la manager qui je le souligne est très professionnelle, me change de chambre. La TV ne fonctionne pas et elle ne peut malheureusement pas régler le problèmes car aucun service technique n'est présent. Peu importe, je fais fi de ce 2ème incident... La chaleur dans la chambre m'empêche de dormir. Même en réglant la climatisation elle se remet systématiquement à 24 degrés. Après tout cela : ON M'OFFRE LE PARKING ! Aucun manager ne s'est présenté à moi. DÉPLORABLE"
