We legitimately love Commerce. In addition to its appealing, old-timey, walkable downtown, there’s also lots to do.

We recommend:
- American Veterans Memorial Park: less than 1/2 mile away w a pond, frequently ducks and geese (not all times of year), a walking+jogging trail, and a small play area for children.
- Funopolis Family Fun Center w laser tag, bumper boats, bumper cars, an arcade, an escape room, a climbing wall & mini-golf
- Strange Duck Brewing Co w drinks, mini-golf & live music (certain nights weekly)
- Axe-Throwing at Big Eagle Venture, to try something new
- Hurricane Shoals Park, just to get out and enjoy nature
- The Tanger Outlets for shopping
- Memory Lane & Apple Valley to browse antiques
- El Parian Mexican Bar & Grill for casual dining

Necessities:
- Walgreen's Pharmacy 0,8 miles away
- Walmart 2.9 miles away (~6 min)
- Late night food: 24 Hr Subway at Love's Travel Shop, 2.1 miles away

We are happy to provide exterior photos upon booking.
1) By law, at least one member of your group who is at least 25 years old must have a valid ID on file with the booking platform and assume responsibility for your group's behavior throughout your stay.
2) Liability: Guests assume all risk and responsibility for themselves and their invitees.
3) Neighborly Conduct: Please maintain a respectful noise level, adhering to quiet hours starting at 10 pm.
4) Parking: Use only the two parking spots directly in front of unit 642 for parking.
5) Check-out: 11 am. You automatically get a 30-minute grace period. After 11:30 am, a $50 late check-out fee will be charged for every 10 minutes.
6) Events & Additional Guests: Prior approval is required for parties, events, or more than 4 unregistered daytime guests beyond the number you have booked for. For extra overnight guests, obtain permission in advance, or pay an additional fee determined at our discretion.
7) By local law, no guest may stay at this property for more than 30 days within any 60-day period. (This rule does not apply to my properties in other cities, such as Athens.)
8) House Rule Acknowledgment: Within 12 hours of booking, either:
(a) confirm acceptance of these House Rules via the booking platform, or
(b) cancel your reservation.

Pet Fees (if not bringing pets, no need to read):

The pet fee listed at check-out is for one dog or one cat for stays of 2 nights or less. For longer stays, the total pet fee is $5 per pet per night, with a $50 minimum. Any portion of this fee that you do not pay upon booking must be paid before you check in. (Some pets -- e.g., fish and hamsters -- do not typically incur a fee. Please ask if you are unsure.)
