“Overall good but missing the items that make it great. My room was not ready until well past 5pm, over an hour after check-in time. Didn’t even offer me a credit for a coffee or glass of wine. Shower was not clean enough. The coffee shop on my second morning was closed as the barista had not shown up. No one thought to put self-serve coffee in the lobby so I had to drive off property to Starbucks. Rooms was a great size and parts of the property are very pretty. Honestly, the resort fee……
