"Llegamos allí y al abrir la puerta nos recibió una cucaracha. El cuarto tenía un olor a humedad fuerte. Tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría. El empleado de mantenimiento fue a verificar con su jefe que podía hacer y nunca regresó. La piscina que anuncian está fuera de servicio. Cobran mucho por un servicio pésimo. Existe un olor desagradable en los alrededores."

"Overall stay was not the best. Property is really run down and not kept. Many amenities were either old or damaged, and not clean. Room was not prepared well, stained and damaged bedding, dirty floor and dilapidated light fixtures. Countertops were not wiped down and curtains were broken and dirty. Outside was a mess, with trash carts out and trash laying around. Will not be staying here ever again or in this area. "

"Absolutely awful. The property did not let us know that they were starting construction April 1st and that our room would be gutted. We walked into our room and it smelled of paint thinner, gutted out stove/oven, no fridge, microwave with no cord, no trash cans, lights that do not work, and a shower that looked like someone had a bad hack job in it from someone previously that had dyed their hair. The front desk lady was unhelpful in the way that it was there is nothing that can be done and that’s just how it’s going to be. Would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone while it is under construction. Can’t say much about it without construction because we did not have the misfortune of experiencing that. Not happy whatsoever!"

"Do not bring family they will remember it as the worst hotel ever. But La Quinta properties in other states are awesome. Why does El Paso have to let their La Quintas get run down"
