Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us”

“The location of the property is perfect if you want to be in the city centre. We could not be more satisfied with the location and the apartment itself. Well decorated with great space and the views were amazing. We were between staying in Bellagio or Como and so happy we made the decision with Como. We would stay in this apartment again for sure! Communication with the property managers was excellent.”

“We loved the cosy Apartment and it was sufficient for our needs. However, we were not aware of such a busy road outside the entrance and with small children in toe a bit problematic to watch in the narrow street. Also, the metal sewer plate right in front of the apartment in the ground rattles every time a car drives over it. A bit disturbing to hear constantly in the apartment at night.”

“Don’t let the first appearance entering the gated door get in your way- or the steps up to the apartment The location, the apartment , the amenities- and communication from the hosts make this an ideal place to enjoy Como ”

“Appartement bien décoré , fonctionnel ( manquait juste une couette et une table basse ) très bien situé à 2 pas du duomo du Como. Très bonne communication avec le contact Abritel , procédures d’entrée très claires . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 nuits , le seul bémol était de ne pas trouver la place de parking gratuit comme cela était stipulé dans l’annonce…”

“The location is very good. A block from the shoreline, a lot of restaurants to choose from; a block from a small supermarket. The cable car station is also 5 min walk; town square is 15 min walk. It could not be in the best location for the price. The inside of the apartment is exceptionally clean, highly organized, we have everything we need. If I go back to Como, I will not even bother to look for other facilities. The following is not a complain. But a note for future guests to the……

“距離火車站實在太遠啦～我地拖住個行李箱,仲要行埋好多難地,差D驚個行李箱爛呀…起碼行咗差唔多大半個鐘先到,(已經無行錯路)去到準時無一點都無人係到幫您Check in, 但旅館小姐都好親切,仲會介紹附近食市和折扣,間房雖然都唔算大(包埋廚房)不過都算整齊!”
