Alessia's place was absoutely fantastic. The apartment itself was stunning, with gorgeous furniture and a huge, beautiful bathroom. It also had A/C which was a bonus on the hot days. The location was perfect in the old town - steps away from a piazza full of restaurants, and only a couple of minutes walk from the lake. The staff could not have been more helpful - they gave us loads of information and tips, which improved our holiday immensely. If I ever go back to Como (which is likely!) than I will only consider staying here. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

This penthouse is very spacious, beautifully decorated, in a safe area near several restaurants and coffee shops. It’s also very close to the lake. Even though it’s close to everything and it’s in a lively area, it was very quiet and private in the apartment. Yaiza was very friendly and helpful.

From coordinating our arrival at the property a week in advance and meeting us upon arrival was a nice touch and change from the usual lockbox check-in experience. Yaiza was punctual, friendly, and ready to share the local secret spots for dinner and experience lake Como. Very pleasant, just don't get your keys mixed up.

Great stay! Very good communication with the property. The room was bright and clean with comfortable bed. Excellent location with all the attractions/restaurants within short walking distance. Yaiza was very hospitable and accommodating to our needs. She is an asset to Alessia’s Place. We will recommend to friends and family.

We absolutely loved this apartment. Our only regret is that we were only here for one night, our last of a three week trip through Italy. It was by far the most beautiful, yet functional flat we had during our entire trip. A bonus was our wonderful check in hostess. She was communicative, informative and very helpful. We hope to stay here again, but for much longer! We loved the proximity to the ferry and train stations. Each of which were a 5-10 minute walk. So many beautiful shops, restaurants, history and architecture in Como and we were in the heart of it all.

Great location within 10 mins walk from the Como main station, and short walk to piazza and pier. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only down side is restricted flexibility due to lack of on-site staff. Early checkout by 10am and Checkin before 7pm. Also cannot hold luggage for the day given staff limited availability. Great place to stay otherwise

The place was beautiful, the bed so comfy and the kitchenette was perfect as well. It’s located in a very convenient place, right near the ferries to the other towns, quiet at night, and in the main part of Como. Francesco was extremely helpful and accessible! I would recommend this place to anyone and would go back as well.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse och önskar att vi kunde ha stannat längre än en natt. Rummet var fint och ljust. Hade vädret varit bättre hade vi absolut använt uteplatsen också. Jättetrevligt bemötande med tips på saker att göra i Como när vi checkade in.

Sentralt beliggende og enkelt å finne. Leilighet var ren og fin standard. Det var meget lytt mellom etasjene så får du litt bråkete naboer vil det være plagsomt. Lite varmt vann i dusj/bad. Ikke kaldt, men langt fra varmt. Ellers alt topp.
