"Great property, ideally located between Como and Cernobbio, near restaurants and a 4 min walk to the ferry stop. The hotel feels like it's "floating" over the lake - all the rooms have balconies overlooking the lake with splendid views. Same goes for the terraces at the bar and the breakfast lounge. The staff were wonderful - receptionists, cleaning staff, bell staff, bar and breakfast attendants were all very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We used the simple but very well equipped

"Had an amazing couple of days staying here. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the pool area was great for cooling down in the hot sun. Easy to get into Como or other towns using the local boat or bus services. "

"-Pros: close to train station, nice view of square, and close to marina, breakfast was good -Cons: ac was not working and was making a lot of noise, bed uncomfortable, got one sheet only for covers, very noisy outside (past midnight - music was playing) -overall would not not recommend "
