“everything was good”

“It’s a very nice hotel. The food and buffet are a little expensive. If you book a room for 3 people, breakfast is only for two people. They should say this on room booking details. They had a wedding expo going on and staff were too busy attending to this and not their own guests in the hotel. It took us over 30 minutes to get in and park. Had to go and speak to the people at the gate then they finally let us in. No smiles on staffs faces especially in the restaurants and buffet area. If you are……

Hotel facilities: Exceptional deserves 5* the rooftop pool and views are the best in the city. Rooms were spacious and serviced everyday. The food was amazing! Restaurant and food: Wide selection of world cuisine that is delicious to the point we ate half our meals at the hotel at super low cost. The breakfast is pretty good too standard stuff but the dining menu……

“Fantastic hotel in the heart of the town. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. On Arrival we was greeted by the staff and gave us welcome drinks which was very nice. Plate of fruits was also provided in the room. In my opinion it is better than the 5 star hotel near sylhet Airport which is middle of nowhere.”
