  • A bright and stylish modern apartment, very well presented with furniture, bedding and towels of excellent quality, to provide a luxurious and comfortable destination for your vacation.
    The accommodation is on one floor and suitable for all ages. The living room opens onto a private terrace with excellent views of the town of Cómpeta.
    There is a very large rooftop designed to relax with sun loungers. A barbecue is perfect for al fresco dining.
    Located on the outskirts of the town of Cómpeta, a good distance to walk to shops, restaurants and tapas bars.
    The natural park of La Sierra Tejeda is very close, ideal for hiking, cycling and horse riding.
    The coast is less than 30 minutes away by car, offering all kinds of acoustic sports. There is an 18 hole golf course in Caleta de Vélez, approx. 18kms from Competa.
    It is worth taking a trip to the beautiful city of Malaga. The famous city of Granada is also close by car.

Fantastic, well equipped & very spacious

This is the second time we have stayed in Sergio’s apartment. It’s well equipped, extremely spacious, great sun terrace.

Superbe location, il ne manquait rien, très propre, la terrasse à l’étage avec une vue magnifique !!

Très bel environnement, le village de compéta est superbe. A 20 mn de Torrox plage qui n’est pas envahie de monde. De très belles randonnées à faire, Nerja est proche ainsi que Málaga. Nous recommandons !! À faire.

Un séjour sans faute. Nous avons été accueillis par Adrian et dès que nous avons franchi le seuil, nous nous sommes sentis à la maison. L’appartement est tout simplement magnifique. Rien ne manque. C’est un appartement lumineux, spacieux, la cuisine est très bien équipée, et nous avons eu la surprise d’y trouver de quoi nous sustenter sans avoir à faire de courses immédiatement. Nous ne comprenions pas très bien comment faire fonctionner la télé et Sergio a été très réactif et est venu tout de suite. La chambre est spacieuse, elle a de grands placards dans lesquels il y a des cintres en quantité et de bonne qualité. Cerise sur le gâteau: depuis le lit, la vue sur le village de Cómpeta est superbe.Les deux terrasses sont très agréables, très bien meublées et confortables. Je ne peux que dire le plus grand bien de ce logement et il nous tarde d’y retourner. Nous avons rarement loué un bien d’une aussi grande qualité. Même si je mets le maximum comme note, cela est en dessous de la vérité. Cela mérite plus d’un 10/10. Merci Sergio de ton amabilité et de ta réactivité. Il nous tarde de revenir et nous ne logerons que dans cet appartement. Cela a été un réel coup de cœur.

The accomodation cancelled with a phone call 2 hours before check. They offered no alternative that was available. We had to find new accommodation ourselves. To call 2 hours before check-in is unforgivable

We werden keurig opgehaald en begeleid naar het huis want dat was een beetje verstopt! Daar ook even rondleiding gehad! Er lag ook alvast o.a. lekker fruit, melk, fles wijn, Jus dOrange ,brood, koekjes enz Dat was top. Het huis zelf is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Alles is aanwezig. En keurig netjes en zeer schoon. Het plaatsje is ook gezellig met een leuk pleintje. Super marktjes aanwezig. Heel gaaf dakterras voor jezelf. Je krijgt wel beenspieren want het ligt redelijk laag en het dorpje is natuurlijk ook een en al hoogte verschil! Dus als je niet goed ter been bent iets minder geschikt

The perfect holiday retrite

This holiday home was excellent. Well stocked with all requirements very well thought out. The sun terrace with all its furniture was spot on for us. Our friend stayed in the next village but this accommodation more than catered for all 4 of us to enjoy It made our holiday perfect! Thank you so much.

A la casa no le falta de nada!!!

Hemos estado 1 semana en agosto, muy a gusto y tranquilos. La casa esta fenomenal, no le falta ningún detalle, la terraza superior es ideal para tomar el sol o cenar al fresquito en las calurosas noches de verano. Volveremos sin duda alguna. Gracias Sergio

Excellent apartment

A very comfortable, well equipped spacious one bedroom apartment. It had modern furnishings and air conditioning. The apartment is on the edge of Competa town - a 10 minute walk up the hill into the main square. The best part of the apartment was the superb roof terrace. The only slight negative is the location; there is a local garage (Tej Autos) behind the apartment and from the roof terrace you look onto a builders yard to the left, with open countryside views beyond. However you don’t notice this when in the apartment and we would have no hesitation returning.

A clean and comfortable apartment within walking distance of Competa's centre

We found Sergio's apartment to be very comfortable and a great base for us to go walking in the National Park. It was extremely clean and welcoming on our arrival (thankyou!) & had everything we needed. We've stayed in the area previously so are familiar with Competa's steep streets, but it was an easy walk for us to the nearby shops/bars/restaurants. It was always possible to park very near to the apartment too. Overall we enjoyed everything about our stay here.

Excellent property

We have stayed in Competa many times, this was our first time in Sergio's apartment. The apartment was excellent, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Although this was a 1 bedroom apartment crockery and glasses were plentiful. The outdoor space was excellent, roof terrace and also a large balcony off the sitting room. The apartment was quiet and just at the outskirts of the village, central a 10 minute walk to the square. The property would not suit anyone with mobility issues but not many places in Competa would as it's a mountain village. We would definitely recommend this smart, clean, quiet apartment and hope to return in the future.
