Hotel facilities including rooms and breakfast were top-notch. However, like many people in France, staff were not that helpful - they didn't mention that buses in Compeigne are free, and were not helpful when asked about nearby restaurants.

Les chambres voisines etaient en travaux au moment de mon séjour. Avec des artisans qui ont commencé à rénover dès 8h30. J’aurais bien aimé qu’on m’avertisse. C’est plutôt désagréable au matin. De plus, pas d’eau chaude pour la douche. Enfin, assez déçu du petit déjeuner avec un gros manque de diversité (pas d’œufs, uniquement de la baguette, du jambon blanc seulement) Le personnel de l’accueil a été arrangeant avec un geste commercial.

Hôtel très bien situé et facile d’accès. Le restaurant est haut de gamme. Les chambres propres sont spacieuses, moquette et mobilier de charme, SdB avec baignoire. Lit 2 places en 140, draps doux et matelas agréable. Vue sur un joli parc calme. 2 parkings dont un privé.

Auf dem Weg zur Messe in Paris haben wir in Compiegne wieder einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt und waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber. Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für dieses Hotel entschieden weil wir wiederrum abends in dem Restaurant essen wollten. Wir waren abermals begeistert von der guten Küche und dem tollen Weinangebot.

Attente à l'accueil, c'était l'heure du service de midi, mais la personne qui arrive ne semble pas faire le service, le sourire en option, on me demande si j'avais réservé alors que j'annonce que je viens régler une note, pensant que le règlement avait été fait sur le site hotels.com. Et le merci du bout des lèvres, vraiment pas envie de relouer ici

Très bon accueil et excellent dîner Malheureusement j’ai eu très froid en chambre. L’absence de bouilloire et de cafetière est un moins pour moi. Sinon très joli cadre extérieur et un feu de cheminée très accueillant dans la salle de restaurant
