“Great.”

“Nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.”

“我非常满意”

“Service very good”

“The Hotel Providence is very clean. The ambience is excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly. Our room was spacious and quiet. The room had two different types of electric sockets. It has a bath with a shower as well as a shower cubicle. The shower followed well. Vehicles that enter the hotel go through a security check. The buffer breakfast is very good. However, the range of fruits available is limited.”

“How amazing in Nigeria tour for business! We met all of nice guys, especially Feni in GrandBee hotel. The best full services were satisfied to the all guests need. Thus, the greatest services were attractive to us and we wish to stay over there again in near future. Additionally, we drank " Super OX energic drink" mixed with beer or wine, found out good flavor. Hopefully, we wish to bring 1 box back again. Finally, it's my pleasure to share fantastic tour to all!”

“The property is well clean, restaurant food is delicious, lovely poolside, staff are professional, location is perfect easy access for transportation and near the mall. The room is spacious and AC is great. The hotel should try to update/add their rooms selections on Expedia.”

“Poor breakfast”

“Yes the room was neat and clean. The lighting was excellent. The front desk lady, Justina was excellent too. They are familiar with hotels.com process.”

“Not recommended”

“The room was clean but the sink in the bathroom was broken. They say free breakfast but it’s really only for one guest staying in the room. This is not mentioned when you book. This Ivy was not the one I tried to book. When selecting my hotel I selected based on a previously booked Ivy but somehow they switch to this one. I hated it. There was no gym and no swimming pool. They would not give me ice unless I purchased something from the bar. The location is down a road that is extremely bumpy. ……

“I stayed there between 7 AM to 1:00 PM Location was wrong on Google, I had to call the hotel and explain the direction to the taxi driver. The room feels like very old never maintained, A/C was not working properly, I opened my self and found the filters were never cleaned for decades. The shower looks terrible, I would never stay there again and never recommend to anyone even if it’s for free. Terrible……”
