Beautiful home, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and the pool was perfect for kids to play, after a day at the river, while the adults were getting supper ready! Easy to communicate with property owners. Will def be back!

This was the perfect place to throw a party for my mother’s 60th birthday. She had approximately 8 friends that she hadn’t seen in years. Everyone was comfortable and there was tons of space. The host always responded promptly to any questions I had. I’d definitely recommend this home to a large family or group.

Fun place close to the river.

We enjoyed our stay here. The home is well equipped with everything you need. We spent most of our time in the pool. Lots of comfortable seating in the outdoor spaces around the pool and in the backyard.

Great House

This is a very nice property in a convenient location. We had 16 total guests and never felt cramped. The pool and outdoor patio area were great, especially with the Frio running dry due to the drought. We had a small issue with the A/C unit in the guest cottage upon arrival, but the mgmt team responded quickly. It was fixed in no time. We had a great time. Enjoy!

The process from start to finish couldn't have been easier. The owners were so kind and easy to communicate with throughout. This house was perfect for our large group for three nights. We were able to congregate around the large dining table, plenty of different tables and seating outside and surrounding the beautiful pool. Kind of a hassle to have to bring your own toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc. but overall a wonderful stay and experience. Note the linens and towels are also not included and cost $150.

The outside space is where it's at!!

We LOVED this property. The inside is super dark as people mentioned, but you're not there to hang out inside during the day. The pool and yard are amazing. Watch for the acorns, though... they're out to get you. A broom onsite would be helpful to clear them out and save your footsies. Definitely going to keep this on our return list.

We had 3 families staying in the house. We all loved the beautiful pool area. Thee was enough room for all of us. We weren’t bumping elbows at all. I wish there would have been more space to unpack a suitcase in the third bedroom. I prefer not to live out of the suitcase because you always have to pull out the suitcase and then put it away. I think there needs to be more storage in the third bathroom. Shelves in the bathroom would have been nice but we made everything work just fine. We would definitely stay at the house again.
