Amazing home with even better views.

Our family had an amazing time the kids never wanted to leave. The pool was awesome and the house was plenty big for our group! I highly recommend staying here it was such a great experience.

AMAZING Concan Rental!

This home is breathtaking! Highly recommend for it's location in Concan (minutes form everything), but not so close that you can hear any neighbors. Absolutely perfect home for a big group or family.

Amazing Property

The property is absolutely gorgeous! My family and I had an awesome time there! We’re already looking forward to returning next year. Our only complaint is that the house and pool could have used some slight tidying up prior to our visit but otherwise we had no complaints.

Beautiful home to meet all your needs!

The home is beautiful. My family and I enjoy the getaway in this newly built farmhouse. It’s spacious and great for gatherings from the kitchen, dinning, pool, and outside kitchen.

Gorgeous Views

Beautiful views, more needs than expected but no sheets, no towels and HVAC was broken during part of our stay. We were not told there were no sheets/towels until further reading down in the bottom of the lengthy description of the “upstairs” section only. Beautiful house and stay overall.

Beautiful home

This house is beautiful and has excellent views. It was great for our group of friends and it was close to anything you needed. Downside, we paid for linen service and got no rags or hand towels. We also didn’t not have extra towels to stand after on after getting out of shower. The sheets for the beds didn’t even fit. Several sets of sheets were not matched correctly. For example, some beds got only flat sheets. They were extremely hospital like and not soft at all. Additionally, no dish soap or dishwasher liquid. In fact, there was nothing extra anywhere. As a group, we stay in VRBO houses frequently and typically things like coffee filters, spices, laundry soap are often left for the next guest to use. There was nothing left. A gift bag was left but a few waters, a tide pod and dryer sheet and an extra roll of paper towels would be a better gift than jelly and koozies. The lack of privacy is another concern. There are way too many cameras so you constantly feel watched. Lastly, while we were hanging out at the house a man shows up to collect trash, but he did not announce himself. Very scary for a group of women. With a few changes this house could be great.

Family Fun

The house was the perfect size for our large family. We all enjoyed most of our time enjoying the pool and patio area as well as the beautiful view! The house could use some extra attention when it comes to cleanliness. There was a layer of dust on every surface, especially in the bedrooms. We also opted for the 'linen service' as we didn't want to be making beds while on vacation. We were surprised when we arrived to find that the service was simply sheets (2 flat sheets) and towels placed in every room so we did still have to make our own beds. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the house, it's amenities, and location!

Beautiful Home with amazing views

Ultimately, the home was beautiful and perfect for our trip. However, please bring your own towels and necessities. It lacked those items, but it was overwhelmingly beautiful and amazing!

Family vacation at pretty penny.

The location and house were great! Ac didn’t go under 74 so it was very hot at night. One fan didn’t work in the bedrooms so it was very difficult to sleep. We pulled the sheets up and 3 bedroom had dirt and hair under the comforters. The house wasn’t quite turn key. It was very limited. We had to pay an extra fee if we wanted linens and towels provided. Also my uncle was a last minute addition to the trip and he brought his service dog. When I was made aware of it I immediately called the property manager to advise and he was very rude because he was “worried about losing the property” we provided him with a medical card to show him it was a service dog and he didn’t accept because he stated it was sufficient proof at check out we provided him all information necessary and he advised he would refund the $250 fee because we didn’t let him know ahead of time. The house is great but the limited amenities, customer service, and ac. We probably wouldn’t rent this location a property with frío fun
