My family of 5 (3 kids, 2 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Concarneau at this property. The location is ideal. We enjoyed walking to the quick ferry to the walled part of the city. It was nice to be so close but to return to the quiet neighborhood that the home is in. The back of the living room opens up (triple doors) to the view of the harbor. Watching the boats come and go was very relaxing. The house had everything we needed (appliances and amenities) and is a short walk from a grocery store and good bakery. Odile, the property host, was easy to communicate with before and during our booking. She warmly welcomed us and gave us great suggestions for beaches, restaurants and things to do. Concarneau is a great base for exploring the western part of Brittany and this specific home location was excellent.

Wir haben zu zweit einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in einem wirklich schönen Haus mit grandioser Aussicht verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, es ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Aussicht aus fast allen Zimmern traumhaft. Dieses Haus ist einfach nur traumhaft. Sauber , hell und freundlich, komplett ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Après notre séjour, nous souhaitons partager notre expérience : La vue depuis la maison est absolument exceptionnelle, offrant un panorama sur la baie de Concarneau, l'entrée du port avec sa balise. Nous avons apprécié l'animation visuelle tout au long de la journée, avec l'arrivée des bateaux de pêche et des voiliers de course. Les matins étaient particulièrement paisibles lors du petit-déjeuner, lorsque les petits bateaux venaient relever les casiers juste devant nos baies vitrées, créant une scène presque artistique, avec des lumières magiques quel que soit le temps. La maison était d'une propreté irréprochable, avec une décoration raffinée qui nous a fait sentir comme chez des amis. Située dans une impasse tranquille dominant le sentier côtier, elle permettait un accès facile à la ville via le bac à seulement 10 minutes de marche, et nous pouvions ensuite passer par la ville close pour faire nos courses ou dîner au restaurant. Ici, la voiture n'était pas nécessaire, ce qui était très appréciable. Cet endroit est un pied-à-terre exceptionnellement bien placé pour rayonner dans tout le Finistère. Nous envisageons certainement de revenir un jour. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur hospitalité.

Cette maison est tout simplement fabuleuse, avec une vue époustouflante sur l'océan, Concarneau, sa Ville close, le mouvement des bateaux de pêche et de plaisance, les soleils couchants et l'heure bleue des petits matins. Elle offre jusqu'au coeur de l'hiver un confort parfait avec un intérieur à la fois fonctionnel et raffiné, de belles toiles et de beaux objets. Le jardin, soigneusement entretenu, et sa belle terrasse ouvrent sur la mer. Et, last but not least, Odile et Serge sont des hôtes adorables, discrets et prévenants. Merci à eux !

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Haus war einfach traumhaft! Es ist ein wahres Juwel, geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die offene Gestaltung des Wohnbereichs schafft eine einladende Atmosphäre. Die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel und bieten ausreichend Platz für Erholung und Privatsphäre. Die Badezimmer sind modern und makellos sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight des Hauses ist zweifellos der Blick auf das Meer. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Die Nähe zur Stadt und zu lokalen Geschäften und Restaurants machte unseren Aufenthalt äußerst angenehm. Gleichzeitig bot die ruhige Umgebung die gewünschte Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Das Gastgeberin war stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, sowohl vor als auch während unseres Aufenthalts. Sie gab uns wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt eine unvergessliche Erfahrung. Wir haben jede Minute genossen und sind dankbar für die Gastfreundschaft und Sorgfalt, die uns entgegengebracht wurden. Ancienne maison de gardien de phare entièrement rénovée dans un style contemporain avec charme et raffinement.Equipements et prestations de grande qualité. Propreté irréprochable. Et quelle vue ! A couper le souffle. On est happé par le "tableau vivant" qui s'offre à nous depuis le salon. Ballet incessant des bateaux de pêche et autres voiliers, lumière changeante au fil de la journée. Le temps est suspendu et aspire au calme et à la sérénité.Quelque soit la météo le spectacle est magique. La maison est idéalement située au calme dans une impasse, non loin des commerces et au pied des sentiers de randonnées. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire qui a à coeur de partager ses bonnes adresses et de faire en sorte que ses hôtes passent un excellent séjour. Un petit paradis à découvrir sans hésitation !

Des premiers contacts pour la réservation, aux derniers lors du départ, Odile et Serge ont été des hôtes particulièrement agréables. Le soin qu'ils apportent à leur maison, notamment quant à la propreté fait qu'on s'y sent bien de suite. La maison est saine, coquette, pratique, sans parler de la baie vitrée qui offre un spectacle permanente quelque soit le temps. Le quartier est résidentiel, calme, avec toutes les commodités très proches. Les balades sur le sentier côtier comme dans la ville close sont très dépaysantes et commencent à deux pas de la maison. Il est possible de ne jamais prendre la voiture de la semaine. Tout est là pour des vacances ressourçantes, sans aucune mauvaise surprise. On attend avec plaisir de pouvoir y revenir. Grand merci à Odile et Serge pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.

We spent our summer holiday in this wonderful semi detached holiday home. The view from the house is truly magnificent. The house is very well kept. It is very easy to go to Concarneau town by boat so you do not need to take your car every time. The house is a good base to do all kinds of nice things like sailing, walking, going to the beach or maybe visiting another town or a castle.

Charmante maison avec beaucoup de cachet, décorée avec goût et donnant sur la mer ! La vue est à couper le souffle, vraiment !! Maison très bien équipée, propre et très agréable à vivre. Idéalement située, les courses peuvent se faire à pied en 10/15 minutes en empruntant un bout de GR34 juste en bas de la maison. Très pratique, surtout avec un bébé ! Wir haben zwei traumhafte Wochen in diesem top gepflegten und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Haus verbracht. Ein Superblick durchs Panoramafenster und von der Terrasse sowie eine gute Raumaufteilung: Unten ist ein schöner Wohn- und Essbereich, ein kleiner Wirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und kleiner Toilette. Das obere Stockwerk ist auch sehr wertig eingerichtet, 2 schöne Schlafzimmer mit Blick zum Meer, ein Zimmer mit Stockwerkbetten und ein sehr schönes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche und einer Toilette. Es gibt kein Straßenlärm, da Sackgasse und zur Meerseite nur ein Fußgängerweg besteht. Gute Spaziermöglichkeiten (und damit auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) nach Concarneau dann mit dem Bac (Fährschiffchen)- das allerdings nur bis 18.30 fuhr - und auch in die andere Richtung zu malerischen Buchten. Da wir keine Fragen oder Probleme hatten, haben wir die Vermieter nur bei der An- und Abreise gesehen.
