Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 70 m² apartment for rent in Concarneau, approx. 1.8 km from the beach (15 min. walk, 6 min. drive), which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, large terrace and private parking. We're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and WiFi.
- A dining area to enjoy a meal together
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: Two single beds (90x200) that can form a king-size bed (180×200).
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bathtub, double vanity unit and heated towel rail
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- A 20m² terrace with lighting and furniture to make the most of fine weather
The apartment is located at the entrance to Concarneau town center, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You'll be close to the following shops :
- Favorite restaurant Ar Men Du Névez
- Le jardin d'Angélina in the walled town of Concarneau
- Pizza takeaway (Italian) La main à la pâte Trégunc
- Summer market
