Sioul "🙂 Un très bel appartement, vaste et très pratique, neuf, bien équipé et avec un parking sécurisé. Deux chambres, un vaste séjour lumineux et une terrasse superbe. Il est idéalement situé à Concarneau à 20 minutes de la plage des Sables Blancs et de la ville, 5 minutes en voiture de la zone commerciale. La gestion à distance est très pratique, les instructions claires et précises. Nous avons déjà envie de revenir!😃 🙁 Rien de spécial, excepté quelques voisins peu discrets mais sans être vraiment gênants."

Sioul "Agréable et bonne surprise 🙂 L'appartement est très propre et bien meublé et joliment décoré, bien spacieux pour une petite de 4 personnes (salon, chambres, toilettes et salle de bain, terrasse). Situé au Rez-de-chaussée, pas loin du port et des commerces avec une boulangerie et une pharmacie à une rue: donc pratique. Nathalie que j'ai contactée est attentive, à l'écoute, agréable et réactive. Un plus pour le site yaago ! 🙁 Nous n'avons pas reçu la clé des portes pour le local poubelles. Et le site yaago n'est pas à jour pour nous orienter sur les points de dépôt des déchets. Mais ce n'est rien car l'information est donnée ailleurs."

Sioul "🙂 Appartement très clair, avec une pièce de vie vaste donnant sur une terrasse-balcon vraiment particulièrement grande. Literie confortable dans des chambres bien agencées. La place de parking en sous-sol est bien pratique. Le logement est bien situé, quasiment à mi chemin de la vieille ville et de Leclerc. La conciergerie qui gère le logement à été très efficace et réactive"
