"Fabulous apartment. Comfortable and very clean. Receptionist very friendly. The only down side was the building works just outside. Noisy and a little intrusive. We were unable to sit on balcony. Well we weren't provided with chairs. Also my elderly husband found difficulty with climbing into bath for a shower. Would have been better with a walk in shower. However overall a fabulous apartment and would go back. Prices in restaurant a little expensive but it caters for those attending the spa....

"We had a lovely fortnight in Concarneau! A short walk to local shops, round the corner from the Bac de Passage and the coast path. Plage du Porzou only a 10 min stroll. All the other beautiful beaches and services a short drive away. House had everything we needed and fab to have a parking space too. Will be back!"

"The property was, mainly, good but it lacked some things that we would have normally expected. For example.. there was only a small amount of toilet paper, no space to put hot items from the oven, no placemats to protect the plastic table cloth, tea towels and kitchen towels would have been useful as we paid extra for linen and towels, no change of bedding and towels during a two week stay, functioning kitchen scissors would have helped. Bottom shelf in wardrobe has one of its support brackets...

"Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cet appartement idéalement situé au centre ville à proximité des commerces et de ville close. L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien équipé, doté d'une terrasse ensoleillée et d'un emplacement de parking ce qui n'est pas négligeable vu la difficulté de trouver une place dans Concarneau. "Le propriétaire est très correct. Très disponible. Il manque à Abritel de donner plus de précisions sur la location à savoir sur le nombre de couchage. Il est destiné à un couple avec un petit enfant, et non pour 4 adultes. La localisation est très bien . Il manque un peu de confort et surtout le wifi. De toute façon façon le propriétaire est très compréhensible et tout à fait prêt à donner plus en confort. Cuisine et salle d'eau sont bien équipées. Aucun regret pour ce séjour à Concarneau....
