"The room was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from bath and beach towels to soaps and shampoo, as well as coffee pods. Its location was ideal—just steps from a stunning, white sand beach lined with turquoise water. Each day, we started with morning walks along the shore. We swam in the ocean and relaxed under the sun on several days of our stay. The Barracuda restaurant, located right on the property, became our go-to spot. We enjoyed several delicious meals there; the seafood pasta and cracked conch were a favorite, and we spent many evenings sipping their signature rum punch while enjoying the views Although the area is a bit remote, we found plenty to do. We made a special trip to Miss B's for an authentic local lunch, and on another day, we ventured to the Mudjin Cafe on Middle Caicos, where the views were breathtaking, and the cave was an added adventure. This getaway was truly memorable—well worth the trip. I would happily return, as we had an unforgettable experience."

"My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and rides. He was always responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to the island and would absolutely stay here again. "Our host was excellent and extremely helpful in so many ways. He helped us with excursions, dinners, and car rentals! The house itself was perfect for my family of 6 3 teen girls and a young boy. They loved the paddle boarding and pool during the day. My only comment is there’s no full length mirror- with three teen girls that would have been nice! Other than that it was perfect for us. Thank you so much!! "

"If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet and beautiful vacation, this is it. The house is right on the beach with beach chairs, towels, and a fully functional kitchen. You have the entire beach basically to yourself. The water is the most stunning color blue and generally calm (the waves kick up with the wind but still swimable). The hosts were very quick to respond and truly want you to have a great vacation. We toured the entire island (rent a car) and cooked most meals at the house…limited options for restaurants. The bugs are real! Bug spray is a must. We loooved the parrot ice for a treat. A boat trip took us to the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen and was 100% worth the cost. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Thank you for sharing your house with us!!!"

"This was the most enjoyable holiday family vacation! The cottage was so clean and there was ample space for all to be together, yet have our own space. The view was absolutely amazing and being 5 steps away from the beach was my kids’ age 9 and 10 years old most favorite part! It was so close they could build sandcastles while we were cooking in the kitchen. Ben and Wesley were incredible hosts! They were there whenever we needed anything at all. We would definitely stay again! "

"We had a fabulous, relaxing week at Grace on the Bay! It was like having our own secluded piece of paradise. The beach and water were absolutely beautiful. The house was great and very clean. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. Transportation from the airport to the ferry was easy. Delano took us the grocery store to grab our essentials.The ferry ride to the house was about 15 minutes and John was waiting for us with our rental car. We cooked in several nights but we did eat out a couple of times. Places we ate: My Dee’s (very close to the house), Barracuda Bar (very close as well), and Miss B’s. We were able to explore Middle Caicos and went to Mudjin Bay… worth the 25-30 minute drive. The restaurant there was great and the views were spectacular. We ate ice cream at Parrotice which was right down the road. Yum! Everyone we met was so very kind and helpful. We would love to go back. We miss it already. :)"

"Regine was amazing as manager of this house. She shopped early for food for us so the place was ready to go right when we got there. She met us at the ferry landing and took us there to show everything. The house is on North Caicos is remote and we loved that part. However being remote also means no commercial spraying for the sand flies, No-See-Ums, and they were horrible. The most disappointing thing about this wonderful house is the hot tub really needs to be heated. It is unusable without. Pool water was cold, but we went in December so expected that. "
