「This little boat is awesome!! Exceptionally clean!! Just as its pictured!! Comfortable bed!! It doesnt really rock ir move much, so you forget that you are on the water. The cove its in is beautiful and quiet. The owners are great and very friendly and accommodating. The ac keeps it cool and you can adjust the thermostat as you wish. Smart Tvs in the living room and main bedroom made it convenient. Next to a Publix, but very private as well. Tiny house..but plenty of space and all the comforts...

「Loved being right on the water in our Family Cabin! Being able to walk right out and feel the tropical air and see the palms blowing in the wind. 「Overall very happy with the property. The pool was wonderful, the beds were super comfy and the extras were much used. It is a very baby friendly house and perfect for our large group, we never felt like we were on top of each other. The location is fantastic as our kids were able to bike to many places. It is a quiet area, with beautiful views up and down the canal. Only 2 things to be aware of, there is no screened in porch but the deck is very nice and large. The sleeper sofa is not at all...

「The house was nicely updated. Plenty of space. Beds were comfy. Four porches to enjoy the views. Pool was small but the kids loved it. Didnt see any other villa with this amenity. There was a lot of boat traffic in and out of the marina. Could be annoying if you dont enjoy the music they might be playing. The bridge from Rt 1 is also able to be heard if outside but other than that it was pretty peaceful. 」

「We had a wonderful time! The property is very private, and having the dock was one of the highlights as was the view from the porch. We saw nurse sharks, baby jellyfish and the most gorgeous sunsets we’ve ever seen. We’d love to go back with friends.One caveat is that the air conditioning would only go down to 71F.
