满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
The apartment is located in a high-rise building, offering excellent security.
Information was exchanged via WhatsApp (which is a shame, really. The owner is very friendly and responds almost immediately to every inquiry).
The area is very modern, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. Restaurants, cafes, etc., are all within easy walking distance.
If you want to go to the coast/beach, it's about a 15-minute walk.
Now for the apartment:
It's very well-equipped and very clean.
Washing machines and dryers are located in the basement.
Each wash costs between €1.50 and €2.10, depending on the program selected.
TV and Wi-Fi are available, free of charge, of course.
In short, for the price (around €60 per night), it's definitely recommended.
