"We rented both the Maine House and the Country House next door for our small wedding weekend! Our family and close friends all had space to stay. The rain held off for us to do our ceremony out on the lawn, and then we went inside for dinner and dancing in the big room. It was perfect. The house has its quirks and it’s definitely a big old summer camp that could use a little maintenance, but it turned out really cute and exactly what we needed. "

"My friends and I had an awesome annual labor day weekend get together at Quinn’s place! The pool, hottub and attic game room were all a big hit, as well as the firepit (no firewood on location so had to pick some up). Place was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials for cooking. Plenty of room and beds for all. Thank you for hosting us!"
"We booked this property for a large family reunion and had high expectations, but the stay was very disappointing. The water situation was unacceptable—barely enough to flush toilets, no dishwashing, no cooking, and no showers. Some of us went three days without showering. For the price we paid, this should never happen.The property manager admitted he was trying to get a plumber, but the issue was never resolved. Communication was slow, and I didn’t get a clear response about a refund until long after we had to make decisions on our own.To make matters worse, the host suggested someone in our group left an outdoor faucet open, which was not the case. This felt like an attempt to deflect blame instead of taking responsibility.Beautiful space, but the basics weren’t there. I would not recommend this rental unless you’re okay with the risk of having no running water."
