「Overall nice however the room i stayed could have cleaned the floors there were bugs dead on the carpet by the window .. i ddnt like that at all .. just ddnt expect.. but other than that very nice stay and breakfast was great ..」

「Worst stay I’ve had in years! Room keys didn’t work. There was no blanket. The ventilation was poor. There was no water pressure. The room was decorated poorly and had no ambience. The bed was uncomfortable. It was just one of the worst days I’ve had in many many years and I travel a lot. I will never go to another Tru hotel, and I will seriously doubt that I will go to a Hilton as well」

「The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but the property itself needs better cleaning and maintenance. Our towels had holes in them, the bathroom had a very strong weed odor, the hallways smelled like cigarettes, and the fitness room was messy and had an unpleasant smell.」

「I’ve been staying in hotels most of my 73 years. I’ve never stayed in one that didn’t have a clock with alarm, or in one that didn’t offer a cup of some sort in the bathroom for brushing teeth, etc. My room had neither of those things. To their credit, they sent me a text asking how my room was. I mentioned those things and when I got back to my room, there was an alarm clock and some plastic drinking cups. I downgraded one star just because they weren’t provided initiall. I don’t know if it was...
