The room was clean and comfortable. It was pet-friendly and convenient enough for a trip to Morehead where everything was sold out (about a 35 min drive). Be prepared, though, the walls and ceiling seem SUPER thin so you can hear everything - meaning when my upstairs neighbors got up at 7am on Sunday...so ...

Hotel was fairly clean. Sink the the room was closed and couldn’t get it open. Bathrooms are tight and no vent which steamed it up really bad. Beds were squeaky. Aside from that, not a bad experience.
