"Dirty outside and run down "

"The shower water was lukewarm and not hot enough!"

"Everything was great, except that the breakfast area on a Monday morning during spring break, they only had 1 employee overseeing the breakfast section and they run out of waffle batter, the line to get some was so long and they didn’t have many options either but in a warmer had hot breakfast sandwiches already made. There was yogurt but no granola or toppings for it, no cut up fruit and the whole breakfast could have been a little bit better to match everything else that was just so great. "

"You never cancelled my reservation when I called. Our flight was cancelled because of a blizzard in Milwaukee called hotel then you immediately but properties never got notified and I got stuck with a charge for both hotels along with loosing my vacation. I will never book with you again."

"Had a wonderful stay, we all had a blast in the pool, and very comfortable beds, very spacious, and a well stocked kitchen. "

"Friendly staff, only complaints are the breakfast isn’t complimentary like most hotels. You have to pay for it and the quality of food is the exact same. No microwaves or mini fridge in rooms."

"The property was clean and nice. Great location...close to a grocery store and Zion. The master bedroom was huge. The beds were comfortable. The water heater was loud though. It woke multiple people up. The fans in the bedrooms were also loud ... too loud to sleep with so in the summer it would be tricky. "

"Everything was great overall! We had a tough time figuring out the pool temp controls because it seemed to have a mind of its own. But we thoroughly enjoyed the pool even though the power went out in the entire city for about an hour. Everyone said the beds were comfy and we all slept well! Others mentioned the pool heater being loud but it didn’t bother us since we sleep with white noise. It’s not really loud. Such a great place we will be doing it again! "
