Not good cause they advertise a hot tub but do not have one. There pool was nice clean and heated and the room itself was clean. It was quiet and peaceful stay other then that.

Extremely BUDGET motel. Price was way too high for property. Could hear every noise all day and night. Sketchy guests, almost like a half way house. Would never stay at this location again, even if it was free.

This was good value for the price. We were visiting Zion so did not spend much time there. It had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious with comfy beds. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but we didn’t mind since we were really only sleeping there!
