“Great property, super clean, was well stocked, and had everything we needed. Co-op was round the corner or we walked to the local Tesco. Would highly recommend! Thank you!”

“I booked this property for a last minute stay which meant the booking platforms were not able to confirm everything immediately with the host. It would probably be best to book at least two nights in advance due to this. The host was understanding however, and we managed to sort things after contacting the booking platform’s customer line. Other than that, the property itself was lovely and exactly as advertised; it’s a home away from home, perfect for a family or group vacation. There are two……

“Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let. The sofa in……

“Strategic place, convenient and smart ”

“Our stay was perfect, and the hosts were lovely. No complaints at all.”

“Had a great stay. Everything was perfect”

“This property was well maintained. Alice was very helpful with checking in and also replied promptly for any questions. Will definitely stay here again when I am in the Stoke-on-Trent area.”

“Great property. New condition. Very convenient for overnight stay prior to visiting Alton Towers”

“Beautiful, cosy two bed cottage, there was a double room and a room with bunk beds (plus a sofa bed we didn't use). Beds were comfortable, decor was nice, the area is very quiet and was easy to find. We had everything we needed, the ground coffee and milk sachets was a great touch. We really enjoyed the terrace overlooking the canal, but it's worth mentioning the steps to the terrace are shallow and steep, so not easy to navigate if any mobility issues - though there is a hand rail and we……

“Lovely and clean place just as the pictures portray. Owner does a great job at communication and responds quickly and even checks in on you once you’ve checked in.”
