Great villa, great host!

We stayed at the villa with 4 adults and 2 kids in February. The villa is fantastic and we can highly recommend it. It is located in a nice and safe neighbourhood with walking distance to a beautiful beach. The villa itself is stunning and in perfect condition. Everything needed was available. Our individual requests were replied and resolved within minutes. We highly recommend the place and the team managing it.

En härlig vecka tillsammans med vänner

Fantastiskt boende i ett lugnt område. Beskrivningen av huset stämde till 100%. Fick snabb hjälp av värden när gasolen var slut. Hoppas att vi kan komma tillbaka en annan gång.

Santa Monica ligt op pakweg 200 of 300 meter van het strand. Het is een geweldig villa, alles er op en er aan voor een familie samenkomst om, in ons geval, het nieuwe jaar in te luiden. Het contact met Andrew en Maria was super, een kleinigheidje met de Wifi was binnen minuten opgelost. De bedden lagen prima, elke slaapkamer een en-suite badkamer. Keuken van alle gemakken voorzien, hygiëne een 10! Kortom: een aanrader.

Traumhafter Herbsturlaub

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen im Oktober bei bestem Wetter. Der in ca 10 Gehminuten erreichbare Strand ist wunderschön. Das Haus erfüllt die im Inserat geschürten Erwartungen. Es ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass der Gasgrill nicht verfügbar war. Uns wurde allerdings auf Nachfrage unmittelbar ein Kohlegrill als Alternative zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war ohnehin sehr gut und reibungslos. Vielen Dank an Andrew und dasTeam. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein ruhiger und erholsamer Ort

Casa Santa Monica ist ein modern gestaltetes Haus, ca. 500m von einem herrlichen Strand entfernt. Alles war gut organisiert und ein paar Details, die nicht funktionierten, wurden von der Agentur schnell gelöst. Zusammen mit meiner Frau haben wir eine sehr ruhige und erholsame Woche genossen; die Atmosphäre in der Umgebung ist friedlich und entspannt, was es uns ermöglichte, uns ganz auf die Schönheit des Hauses und des Gartens einzulassen. Wir empfehlen es jedem, vor allem denjenigen, die vom Alltagsstress abschalten und in ein perfektes Haus eintauchen wollen, das von der Natur und dem harmonischen Gesang der Vögel umgeben ist; es dauert nur wenige Augenblicke, um sich zu entspannen und in der Nähe des Swimmingpools einzuschlafen oder einen Spaziergang zum Strand zu machen, um ein erfrischendes Bad zu nehmen. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und wir freuen uns darauf, bald wiederzukommen.

Great trip in Roche!

Beautiful house , wonderful area with a Long sand beach. The only missing point is the AC!, that is really missing in such a house! We were there in the middle of august and the nights were warm.

Urlaub in Roche

Wir hatten hier mit der Familie einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Auch ohne das Auto zu nutzen, ist der Strand in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein kleiner, gut sortierter Shop für das Nötigste ist in der Nähe. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Guter Kontakt und Service durch den Vermieter. Gerne wieder.

Maison parfaite pour un séjour entre amis! Chaque couple avait sa chambre et ses sanitaires privatifs. Plage magnifique à proximité. Charmante petite bourgade de Conil à qq kilomètres idéale pour les achats et les moments détente autour de tapas! Merci

Casa muy pensada y muy cómoda para estar. Es de agradecer el buen estado de todos los muebles y de las instalaciones. Lo único que no funcionaba era la puerta para meter el coche, pero fuera tienes sitio para aparcar sin preocuparte de buscarlo siquiera. Ha sido un placer pasar allí nuestras vacaciones. Para repetir.

Top Ferienhaus in privater Umgebung, strandnah

...ein toller Urlaub unter Freunden. Jedes Zimmer hat ausreichend Platz und 3 Badezimmer sind sogar ensuite, also direkt vom Zimmer begehbar. Das 4. Badezimmer liegt aber auch direkt gegenüber vom 4.Zimmer. Also, alles perfekt. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, auf dem Grundstück konnten wir unsere 2 Mietwagen unerbringen. Alles gar kein Problem. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit sicher, da es in Roche eine Security gibt und alles alarmgesichert ist. Der kleine Supermarkt im Ort ist super ausgestattet und hat jeden Tag (!) von 09-23h geöffnet. Auch frische Baguette-Brötchen konnten wir hier jeden Morgen holen. Nicht unwichtig für uns Deutsche! Der Strand ist in ca. 7 Minuten erreichbar und haut einen um. So wunderschön! Sauber, nicht sehr voll, toll zum Spazierengehen und das Meer ist einfach nur herrlich! Hohe Wellen und ein Traum für Wellenreiter! Es gibt diverse Restaurants in näherer Umgebung. Oder man macht es sich einfach auf der tollen Terrasse gemütlich, hört Musik oder spielt. Die Tische sind groß und lang genug. Das einzige etwas nicht so schöne waren die Ameisen im Haus und die Tauben außerhalb in den Pinien. Aber das ist eben die Natur und tut dem tollen Haus keinen Abbruch. Gegen die Ameisen konnten wir etwas tun, gegen die Tauben nicht. Alles nicht schlimm! Wir können das Haus definitiv empfehlen!!!! . Liebe Maria, lieber Andrew, wir haben uns zwar einige Male melden müssen, aber Ihr wart stets sofort zur Stelle und habt uns geholfen. Der Grill wurde auf unseren Wunsch sofort ausgetauscht. Alles komplikationslos per Whatsapp. Ihr habt einen ganz tollen Job gemacht! Es war schön zu wissen, dass Ihr sofort da seid, wenn was sein sollte! Wir werden uns mit Sicherheit wiedersehen! Aufenthalt in Cabo Roche

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Casa Santa Monica sehr genossen. Das Haus war gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der traumhafte Strand liegt in der Nähe. Wir können das Objekt nur weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Haus, schöne Strände, sehr nette Vermieter

Wir haben das Haus und die Umgebung sehr genossen. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön - wenn auch die Strände für meinen Mann und mich, beide Rollstuhlfahrer, nicht befahrbar sind. Aber die Ausblicke sind wunderschön, und die Costa de la Luz ist wirklich eine Küste des Lichts. Im Januar war zwar einiges an Bars und Cafés geschlossen, aber wir haben sogar einen netten Platz gefunden, wo wir uns einen Sundowner genehmigen und herrliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen konnten. Zwar weist der Weg dorthin ein starkes Gefälle auf, so dass wir mit unseren Handbikes tatkräftige Hilfe für den Rückweg brauchten, aber es hat sich gelohnt! Der Tourismus in der Region von Conil de la Frontera und Roche ist sehr moderat, es gibt wunderschöne Buchten, traumhafte Strände und im Januar, Februar sind nur wenige Urlauber dort. Wer in Ruhe den weiten Blick über den Atlantik genießen möchte, ist um die Jahreszeit dort bestens aufgehoben. Man sollte allerdings darauf achten, dass das Feriendomizil eine Heizung hat. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und interessiert, man merkt, es ist ihnen wichtig, dass ihre Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und empfehlen das Angebot von DosXtremos gerne weiter!

Santa Monica - es war ein schöner Urlaub

Es ist ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Objekt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind grosszügig und auch für Familien mit Kindern sehr geeignet. Pool und Garten bieten Sonne und Schatten, den wir bei hohen Temperaturen gerne genutzt haben. Die Betreuung durch Andrew und Maria war herzlich und unaufdringlich - wenn wir sie brauchten, waren sie da. So soll es sein. In Roche waren wir das siebte Mal - es ist eine besondere Urbanisation - gepflegt, mit viel spanischem Flair, wenig Tourismus und herrlichen Stränden. Wir kommen wieder und wir empfehlen DosXtremos gerne.

Perfect family holiday!

We had the most brilliant two weeks in the beautiful villa! It as clean and fresh, excellent modern facilities. The location was ideal....we loved our strolls to and from the sandy beach. Andrew and his team always went above and beyond. We will return and tell friends and family about our excellent experience!

Wunderschöner Urlaub im traumhaften Urlaub

Wir haben wundervolle 2 Wochen in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und groß so dass 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder viel Platz und auch Privatsphäre hatten. Der Pool ist sauber und schön gewesen und der Garten sowie die Gartenterrasse haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen!! Andrew und Marian haben sich sowohl im Vorwege als auch im Urlaub liebevoll um uns gekümmert!! Schade dass der Urlaub nur so kurz gewesen ist. Wir hätten auch länger bleiben können!!
