Holiday home situated 3 km far from the town of Conil de la Frontera, in the province of Cadiz, Andalusia.

In this precious chalet in the town of Roche Viejo you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, in addition to a bathroom with shower, a pretty dining-living room with fireplace and rustic decoration, and a completely equipped galley-corner.

In the outdoor area, the private swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas will make you enjoy even more the hot rays of the Andalusian summer, while in the enchanting little garden you will have the possibility to enjoy the shadow while reading your favorite book.

In this holiday home’s surrounding area you can enjoy yourself in countless sports, such as golf in the nearby golf courts of Montenmedio, Novo Sancti Petri, La Loma, Monte Castillo or the famous Valderrama Golf Club, surf, windsurf, kitesurf and fishing in Conil’s 14 km-long beaches, cycling, hiking, horse riding in the virgin cliff’s natural area that surrounds this breath-taking spot.

Die Organisation zwecks Schlüssel etc. war zuverlässig und der Kontakt sehr sehr freundlich und ebenso zuverlässig. Das Haus ist massiv, d.h. man kommt wunderbar ohne Klimaanlage zurecht. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und es kommt regelmäßig ein sehr sehr netter Herr vorbei, der nach der Wasserqualität schaut. Alles sehr unkompliziert und die Fahrt in den Ort und an den Strand ist sehr einfach und in ca. 5 km erreicht man alles, was man braucht. Parken hinter einem abgeschlossenen Tor auf dem Gelände ist kein Problem - die Umgebung ist sehr sicher (Nachbarschaft..). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Gastgeberin und das Haus sehr empfehlen. (auch die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, inkl. großem Kühlschrank und großem Gefrierfach)
