Entspannter Urlaub in Conil

Das Haus war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. Der Pool war super und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Auch ohne Poolheizung hatte er eine angenehme Temperatur. Juan, der Hausverwalter, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn er kein Englisch spricht, konnten wir uns mithilfe einer Übersetzungsapp gut verständigen. Zur Begrüßung standen eine Flasche Wein und eine Flasche Wasser bereit. Sehr aufmerksam! Auch wenn die Innenstadt und der Strand fußläufig erreichbar sind, ist dies ein mühsamer Weg und anfangs an einer Straße ohne Bürgersteig entlang. Wir haben uns das in der prallen Sonne nicht angetan. Die Tipps, die wir vorab über die Homepage (Link per Email) erhalten hatten, waren ausführlich und super hilfreich. Dort findet man alles zu Stränden, Ausflügen, Restaurants, usw. Ein kleiner Tipp, wo man die Mülltonnen findet, wäre hilfreich gewesen. Die Fotos des Hauses waren weitestgehend identisch bis auf kleine Details (z.B. Deko). Bei den Liegen hat uns Schimmelgeruch etwas gestört, der wohl von dem Gradteppich kam. Der Grill war leider in einem sehr schlechtem Zustand (verrostet) und auch die Kleiderschränke und Schubladen in der Küche könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Der Außenbereich war etwas schmucklos und die Pflanzen ungepflegt. Hier könnte mit wenig Aufwand alles etwas netter gestaltet werden. Alles in allem haben wir eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus verbracht und haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Juan, der Hausverwalter, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch, wenn er kein Englisch spricht, konnten wir uns gut mithilfe einer Übersetzungs-App verständigen. Das Haus ist einfach, aber sehr sauber. Der Pool war super! Es ist alles da, was man braucht.Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Wein und eine Flasche Wasser bereit. Sehr nett!Die Angaben und Fotos bei FeWo waren weitgehend identisch bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Die Online-Infos mit Einkaufs-, Ausflugstipps usw waren sehr hilfreich.Die Kleiderschränke, der Grill und die Stuhl-/Liegenauflagen müssten dringend mal ausgetauscht werden. Der Terrassen-/Außenbereich ist ein bisschen schmucklos. Die Info, dass der Ort und Strand fußläufig erreichbar sind, war etwas gewagt. Man läuft an einer Straße ohne Fußweg in der prallen Sonne entlang. Alles in allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt!

Schönes Haus für Urlaub mit Kindern

Tolles, sauberes Haus. Es ist für vier Personen gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist mit 1,20m bis 1,70m Tiefe angegeben. Dementsprechend ist er angenehm temperiert, da nicht zu tief und für Kinder gut geeignet. Der Hausverwalter Manuel wohnt in der gleichen Straße und ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Entfernung zum Meer und zur Altstadt beträgt wie in der Beschreibug angegeben etwa 1,6 km. Daher ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Die unmittelbare Umgebung hat Luft nach oben, weil sehr viel Müll in den Gebüschen verstreut liegt und von der Müllabfuhr nicht entsorgt wird. In unmittelbarer Nähe (rund 5 Minuten zu Fuß) ist eine Pizzeria, die sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Todo perfecto! Casa perfecta para pasar unas buenas vacaciones en Conil una familia de 4 personas. El propietario una persona espléndida y la casa preciosa. Ubicación muy tranquila y segura y con un paseo se llega a todos los servicios de Conil.

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Chaparro 2 und bis jetzt immer sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles wie beschrieben und hat für uns, die perfekte Lage. Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und schnell da, wenn man ihn braucht. Dieses Jahr gab es eine neue Massagedusche und das ganze Haus wurde gestrichen.

Perfektes Haus

Die Unterkunft ist absolut nur zu empfehlen. In einer Privatstrasse gelegen ist es absolut ruhig um auch einfach mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir haben noch nie so ein sauberes Haus vorgefunden wie dieses. Was sicherlich daran liegt, dass die Inhaber selbst sich um alles kümmern. Nahegelegenen Supermärkte sorgen für entspanntes einkaufen. Die Ausstattung ist tadellos und alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Uns ist leider die Kanne der Kaffeefiltermaschine zerbrochen und prompt hat Manuel eine neue besorgt. Dankeschön. Da wir erst nachts um halb zwei ankamen, haben die Vermieter einen Obstkorb mit etwas süßem und Wasser mit einer Flasche Wein für uns bereitgestellt. Wir kommen wieder…

Es war ein schöner Urlaub!

Wir waren zu Zweit in Chaparro 2 und dafür ist es ideal geeignet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung mit Gläsern, Besteck etc könnte etwas vollständiger sein ........ jetzt gibt es 2 Weingläser mehr:-) Ansonsten war alles sehr gut, auch der direkte Kontakt zum Vermieter obwohl wir nicht so gut Spanisch können und er nicht Deutsch / Englisch .......... aber mit dem Google Translater haben wir das dann auch gemeinsam bewältigt.

Gerne wieder!

In den 2 Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes fühlten wir uns im Casa Chaparro 2 sehr wohl! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt wird. Veronica und Juan Manuel sind sehr nette Menschen und waren immer ansprechbar und immer auch kurzfristig vor Ort, wenn es notwendig war. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung für alle Interessierte weiterempfehlen und überlegen uns selbst auch einen zweiten Aufenthalt dort zu planen.

Zweckmäßiges Haus mit verbesserungswürdiger Ausstattung in der Küche

Wir haben uns im kleinen Chaparro mit 2 Personen wohlgefühlt. Mit kleiner Terrasse und Pool konnten wir noch mehr das herrliche Wetter genießen. Juan, unser Vermieter war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Verbesserungswürdig wäre die Ausstattung in der Küche (Geschirr, z. B. nur 4 Tassen, nur 3 Weingläser, nur 4 Löffel etc., fehlende Kaffeemaschine, nur Plastikschüsseln). Keine Putzmittel bzw. Putzlappen vorhanden. Auflagen für die Poolliegen wären unbedingt erforderlich.

Schönes Haus

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Conil sehr genossen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, bei Problemen( einmal Abfluss verstopft, einmal Internetprobleme) war der Hausverwalter sofort vor Ort und konnte die Probleme beheben. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde der Pool nur einmal inspiziert, eine Reinigung erfolgte nicht, obwohl eigentlich zugesagt. Durch die Südlage des Hauses hat man bis in die späten Abendstunden die pralle Sonne im Balkon und Grillbereich, sodass man sich im Juli dort leider nicht aufhalten kann. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

Mit unserem Aufenthalt im Casa Chaparro waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es war alles vorhanden und fehlte etwas oder funktionierte nicht, ein Anruf, ubd die Eigentümer waren zur Stelle. Ein sehr nette Familie. Das Haus ist sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Toll ist die Nähe zum Zentrum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt

Wir haben 11 Tage im Casa Chaparro 2 verbracht. Das Haus ist ideal für 2 Personen bzw. für eine kleine Familie. Der Pool ist für stürmische Tage, an den man nicht zum Strand kann perfekt. Zum Strand braucht man ca. 20 min. zu Fuss. Dabei läuft man durch Conil und erfreut sich einfach nur am spanischen Lebensstil. Dieser Urlaub war einfach nur genial. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!!
