    Lovely property in perfect location
    We had the perfect holiday at Martin and Natalie's lovely house. It is modern, clean and comfortable with a nice pool. The location is ideal being a 10 minute walk to the wonderful Roche beach and the restaurants. Thank you both, we all had a great time.

    Das Haus war wie beschrieben und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war perfekt, 8 Minuten fussläufig zum Strand. Die Kommunikation, die Übernahme und Abgabe des Hauses waren perfekt und sehr unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!

    Cosy and modern villa near the beach
    Well equipped and mondern villa only a few minutes walking to a perfect sandy beach. The garden has a very nice eating area and a chilling lounge area besides a large swimming pool. We enjoyed staying two weeks there very much. The owners are very friendly with a very good communication. Everything was perfect and we hope to have the opportunity to come back to Roche.

    Amazing private house in Roche
    The house is perfect to stay in Roche. It has been recently refurbished and just 5 minutes walking to an incredible beach. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this property!

    Estupendas vacaciones en familia
    Nos ha encantado la casa. Estaba muy bien equipada y muy bien cuidada. La zona muy tranquila, a pesar de que había una obra al lado y empezaban antes de la hora de establecida, pero la localización es perfecta para ir a la playa y a la zona más comercial del pueblo. Con servicios muy cerca y varias opciones de supermercado. Recogen la basura y vienen a limpiar la piscina y el jardín. Sin duda repetiremos.

    Alles spitze !
    Schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage (Strandnähe und dennoch ruhig) mit einem wunderbaren Garten / Terrasse und sehr großem und tiefem Pool. Das Haus ist nicht sehr groß, aber so gut aufgeteilt, dass wir mit 6 Personen entspannt gewohnt haben, es war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Sehr hilfsbereite und kompetente Betreuung durch Fr. Rütten vor Ort. Wir haben einige spannende Touren nach Tarifa / Cádiz und Jerez unternommen, haben aber die meiste Zeit zwischen Strand, Chiringuito und Pool genossen. Vielen Dank für wunderbare Ferien!
