Beautiful and large house with private pool for 6-7 persons just 500m from Conil Nice, spacious House with a private pool for 7 – 8 persons.
In regard of space and equipment, this is one of our higher-class houses – it consists of a total amount of 130 sqm and is surrounded by an exceptionally well looked-after garden.
Recently, a swimming pool of 9 x 4 m has been added, a sheltered, cosy terrace fits perfectly for get-togethers and barbecues under the Andalusian sun.

Details:
- living room with high ceilings – equipped with comfy furniture, a tv with British, international sat-tv and Spanish programs, a closed fireplace which is perfect for heating the house in winter, a dining table with chairs, large, open kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, oven, ceran stove, microwave and all necessary kitchen equipment.
-The house is furthermore equipped with 2 bathrooms, one of those with a shower and bathtub. - 3 bedrooms, on the ground floor one with two single beds and another room with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00m and upstairs a room with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and another single bed. It is possible to add an extra bed in a common area for up to 8 people (at a cost of 10€/night). - On the gallery at the second floor, facing the large living room, you will find a cosy reading area with a couch
- Sunbeds and furniture for the garden is provided sufficiently.
The premises encloses 600 sqm.
The house lies in a quiet, more rural area, yet it is quite close to the city.
This house is to be found in the area of "Dehesa de la Villa". From the house, the next bars, restaurants and shopping facilities are to be reached in about 1 km. To the main-beach of Conil, the "Playe de los Barteles" it is abt. 2 km.

One set of bed linen and towels is added per tenant. It is possible to add a second set for an extra charge.

Wer Hühner liebt ist hier glücklich

Wer auch im Urlaub um 4.32 tgl. von gefühlt 100 Hähnen geweckt werden will, sollte hier seiner Urlaub verbringen. Alternativ Ohropax doppelt in die Ohren gegeben.Ansonsten hatte man seine Ruhe, wurde, außer von den Hühnern nicht gestört. Es entspricht der Beschreibung.

Christmas holidays

The house was spacious and clean and the communication with Mari-Carmen was really easy. The kitchen is not furnished enough to enjoy easily cooking there. The neighbourhood was noisy with a lot of roosters and dogs around.

Una experiencia que a pesar del clima ha estado muy bien!

Fuimos un matrimonio con 3 niños y una adolescente de 19años y ha sido muy satisfactorio. El problema ha sido el clima, ha llovido todos los días y hemos tenido que incluso encender la chimenea! Los bañadores nolos hemos usado. Pero deseamos poder volver a alquilarla para disfrutar al máximo de la casa. Muchas gracias

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig wir waren mit 5 erwachsenen da. Es verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung und ein großen Garten mit Pool. Alles war sehr sauber. Große Einbauschränke. Bus nach Conil und zum Strand ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg. Was eventuell als störend empfunden werden könnte sind die Hähne die rund um das Haus wohnen, uns hat das gekrähe nicht gestört aber wenn man Geräusch empfindlich könnte es stören. Für uns ein rundum schöner toller Urlaub mit super Service. Gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Auswahl des Hauses. Alles sauber und viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Die Kinder hatten Spaß im Pool und die Grillecke haben wir oft genutzt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten tolle 16 Tage im Casa Arenas. Leider hatten 3 von 5 Probleme mit den Matratzen und dem Hahn am Morgen, ansonsten war alles Super!!! Ich würde es jederzeit empfehlen.

No hay agua potable

La casa está muy bien, pero no avisan de que no tiene agua potable lo cual es un gran inconveniente sobretodo si vas con niños que deberían especificarlo. Las camas excepto una son bastante pequeñitas. La ubicación está algo alejada y hay que transitar unos 300 metros por un camino de tierra q no tiene mayor problema problema para un turismo.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren mit der Familie (4 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) für 2 Wochen im Februar in Casa Arenas. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, aber die Stadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto war man zudem schnell an verschiedenen Stränden. Das Haus selber war sauber, ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich entspricht den Bildern und ist sehr schön. Vor Ort konnten wir uns leider nur auf spanisch verständigen, aber bei Problemen wurde uns stets schnell, freundlich und zufriedenstellend weitergeholfen. Einzig der Kamin spendete leider nur wenig Wärme und das Feuerholz ließ sich nur in so großen Mengen ordern, dass es in 2 Wochen nicht zu verbrauchen war. Dafür war der Preis von 140,- € dann ziemlich hoch.

Schöner Kurzurlaub im andalusischen Winter

Schönes Haus mit levante sicherer Terrasse! Hier konnte man die Sonne auch mit starken Wind genießen! Die erste Nacht war etwas kühl, wir hatten doch unterschätzt wie kalt es werden kann. Aber die Vermieterin brachte uns für die drei Schlafzimmer dann eine portable Heizung, Das war dann perfekt für die Nacht. Alles in allem ein sehr netter Kontakt. LG Kai Gabriel

Cold, Damp, Dark and Dirty

This villa is dark, cold and dirty. Damp bedding and streaming condensation on windows make for an extremely uncomfortable stay. Mould round kitchen sink, downstairs bathroom sink, shower and toilet. There is thick black gunge growing in the kitchen sink overflow which smells when you pour something down the sink. No kettle, no tea towels, no baking trays, no oven gloves, no fire blanket, no extinguisher, no smoke alarm no dishwasher tablets, no washing powder, no fuel for the fire and no lifesaving equipment round swimming pool. Toilet brush was disgusting. The cooker is difficult to use due to no markings the on dials. Also if you turn on all the rings you cause a power cut. Without power you have no water in the taps and you cannot open the gates to get your car in or out. The fridge smells when you open the door and the inside is cracked and dirty. One of the cups had so many cracks it would constitute a health hazard and should be destroyed. Beds not made before our arrival. In making our beds we found the mattresses to be dirty. 2 small heaters are totally inadequate for the space. No English channels on the TV. No vacuum cleaner to clean the place when you leave. Communication was almost impossible as we do not speak Spanish and Antonia speaks no English. We inadvertently left with the spare keys and posted them to Antonia but as yet have not had confirmation that she has received them. The villa is surrounded by cockerels which start crowing at 3 in the morning and go on all day. This property should never be advertised as a winter let. We spent the following week of our holiday in a villa in Benalmadena and it was perfect. Casa Arenas is just the worst place we have ever stayed in. I have photographs to document all this but am not being allowed to post a link to them here. If Casa Conil would like to see them I would be happy to forward them. Makes you wonder if any of these properties advertised are ever inspected.
