「Bed was comfy and Iron Works was excellent! 」

「Such a cute B&B. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We stayed in the Harbor Room. Bed was comfortable. We met the owners Elizabeth & Doug at breakfast which was delicious. They were very welcoming. I loved the Apple with everything bread, wish I could get the recipe (lol). Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the water. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area again.」

「We came to visit Brown University, and this place was absolutely perfect in terms of location. The room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed in both the kitchen and bedroom. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We've already booked it again for Brown's summer program. Highly recommended!」

「Food options limited unless you can drive. They do have delivery to the hotel. There is a grocery store close and coffer vendor. A coffee maker in the room I feel is something that should be offered or in the office. Other than that the location is good. Access to local airport and the main highway is good. Drive to local town is good. Rooms could really use some updating and cleaning detail. Beds were ok. Pillows lacking.」

「I stayed at this property with a new born and two dogs and I was very impressed. The hotel was very dog friendly with only a one time fee for the whole trip instead of a nightly fee like other hotels. The sound proofing between rooms was phenomenal. My parents were one room over and then did not even hear the baby crying at night time. The area is extremely walk-able and directly in downtown Providence. Just be aware that the only parking is a 38$ overnight valet. However with that you can take...
