"El hotel es bueno, pero el servicio al cliente por parte del staff es bastante básico. En el restaurante, lamentablemente, los meseros no conocen bien el menú y la atención resulta poco cordial. No hay seguimiento para verificar si el cliente necesita algo más o si todo está bien con el servicio. En general, la experiencia es básica, por lo que la propina también refleja ese nivel de atención, especialmente considerando que los precios de la comida ya son elevados."

"Excellent location for an early morning flight out of BOG. The suite was very nice. Plenty of space. Comfortable king size bed. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was a very nice meal. Will be staying again in three weeks when I travel back to Bogota. "

"Very nice and great hotel. It is very close to the Airport in Bogota with shuttles every 30 mins. Very convenient if you are traveling in ir out of Bogota. Very clean, food ( room revise) is great in addition they have a restaurant and bar in the first floor. Customer service is excellent. "

"The outlander house the employees are wonderful due to the fact I don't speak Spanish they are some of the most helpful and wonderful people they've been very welcoming they've been patient with me I couldn't ask to stay at a better place in all of South America. From now on whenever I come to Colombia I will always make this my home what a wonderful place I give it a 10 of 10 this is a beautiful place just like being at home! ❤️ "
