It is an incredibly steep walk from the home to the water and this would be very problematic for anyone with health issues or very young children. Just something that needs to be communicated well in the listing. Home/ kitchen in particular could be more detailed as far as cleaning. Kitchen needs a few additions such as baking dishes and large bowls. We prepared all meals at the home and these items were not well stocked. Fabulous...
