A Gem!

This property is a true gem! The home was spacious and comfortable with all amenities we needed. The yard was private with a beautiful view of the lake. Lake was easy to access for fishing. This was perfect for our family and we can’t wait to visit again.

Great stay at Flagpole Point

Like staying at a resort. Beautiful house and yard. Super quiet and beautiful lake views from the two docks.

We have used Vrbo numerous times; Santa Rosa Beach, Fl. ,3 times. Bay St.Louis,Ms. 2 times and Al. 1 time. We were always very pleased with the clean and up to date cottages. Phelps,Wi. was awful. We found mens underware in one of the dressers. We had mice, maybe half of the blinds were not useable because the wands were missing, Our bathroom floor was dirty and had hair all over and the kitchen is OLD. Only one pier was safe to use. We left Thursday instead of Saturday. We had 5/31 to 6/07 So disappointed.

Amazing Views and Yard!

We loved the setting! So beautiful! The living room was amazing... enough furniture for the 7 adults present. The sitting porch was also lovely! There were some disappointments too-- The shades in the main areas were not in working order-- we came for the view so it was frustrating that they were not opening. There is no AC in the main front bedroom, that was not advertised and so that was frustrating-- it was very hot!! The kitchen was sorely lacking in many of the basic items. The only glasses were small wine glasses and there were only 7 forks, spoons, plates etc. We are a cooking family and so we were also disappointed that there were no nonstick pans, no ice cream scoop, no serving spoons, only one tiny cutting board and no basic spices (which we typically find at most rentals). Our family had a wonderful time-- but it is not a place we would return to.
