They had exposed wires around the room. Roaches crawled along the floor throughout our stay. They refuse to give a refund for anything. They wouldn’t even give extra blankets or TOWELS! Do not stay here

Terrible place to stay. Front desk was completely unhelpful. People obviously living in rooms. Other guests were loud after hours, banging doors and yelling. Every room has a “no smoking” sign but the occupants below us smoked so heavily we could smell it. 10/10 do NOT recommend staying here.

We arrived at the hotel to be told my room was not available due to maintenance and that they were sold out. The staff member never even looked me up in their system, even after I explained again that I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia. He simply said no room available. I asked him why I wasn't notified prior to driving 4 hours to be told no room. He did not have an answer and never even offer any type of apology.

The hotel manager handed me my key and there was no envelope with the room number, so I had to ask what room I was in because the key was totally white on both sides The shower was terrible water barely came out I saw a few bugs in the bathroom walking around Went out to my truck and was leaving and at the end of the building was a homeless man sleeping on the ground with his shopping cart full of junk I think for another $20 a night you can get a total upgrade somewhere else
