「It was terrible from check in to the 4 day stay. No room service, no fresh towels, slow drainage in sink, no emptying garbage, people sat in cars to smoke so that’s all you smelled coming out of room. There was dried urine under toilet and dust/hair behind it. The bed was comfortable. Only reason we stayed cause there was no vacancies near by. We come every year. Will not be making anymore reservations.」

When we were finally given our room keys, we couldn't drive to our room because a truck was blocking the roadway. We ended up canceling our reservation and chose not to stay.」
