「The staff were amazing & we enjoyed our large breakfast & as well as a delicious carvery meal on Weds evening (I believe this runs during the summer in addition to Sundays). The room had everything we needed & was nicely decorated. The reason I've had to put 3 stars is because the room was insanely hot despite the weather cooling outside (it was raining in the morning but the room was pushing 30 degrees) so we struggled to sleep. There was a fan but it didn't do a lot & really there needs to be...

「on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling.」

「Brilliant location and home. Faultless and played its part in a brilliant holiday」

「It's an old building that needs a bit of updating however it's in an excellent location and the staff were super helpful and friendly.」

「Rooms were basic but reasonably well kept. Ideal location for walks, sightseeing. Pastries are a nice touch in the room.」

「Great location, overlooking Baby bay and a really homely, well stocked house for all ages - Really worked well for us. 」

「Loved it. The whole town was wonderful. Can’t wait to return, and surf here again.」

「The setting in such a quiet rural location but only minutes from Wadebridge and the cottage suited us perfectly for our purpose for being in the area. We had some queries about the property before arrival and found Sykes support lacking but the house keeper for the cottage was really helpful and was able to help us on 2 occasions with instant replies. What a difference a real person makes! The cottage was lovely and warm, very clean and organised with a new kitchen and appliances that were...
