「The property is tired. Some of the staff worked hard. Some were obviously inexperienced. But the big problem was there were not enough capable staff. Long waiting times for food. Ordering systems that failed. Simple things like getting your own coffee at breakfast did not work. Altogether a lack of energy and commitment to getting things right was missing. No obvious management. Fabulous views, great weather. Frustrating hotel. We stayed one night. Could not imagine staying longer. What a lost...

「It is a beautiful property with well appointed and attractive rooms. The staff were always willing to go the extra mile to help us. The only downside of the stay was there not being a lift, although staff was willing to help carry our bags upstairs.」
