"Overall a pleasant stay."

"This fantastic hotel is perfectly located for easy downtown sightseeing. We recently stayed and walked to a hockey game. Also walked to Seabus to get to the north shore for dinner the next night. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful and the attention to detail was impressive. Would stay there again the next time we are in Vancouver. "

"Great hotel. Excellent rooms with kitchens. Always a great stay. Very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. In an excellent location so close to Rogers Arena, BC place, QE, Grandview venues. Shopping on Robson, right there. Everything was great except the elevators. They sucked, long waits."

"The pool was a highlight, the deck wasn’t always clean (hair clips and used bandaids there for each of the 3 days we were there), but the water was warm and seemed clean. The room was nice. Clean, comfortable. The tv didn’t work, but we didn’t go to Van to watch tv. The main downside was the parking. Their lot is under construction, so the only option was valet at $45 a day extra, and it took 15-20 min for the valet to pick up our car each time (which they did tell us about). Overall, fine place to stay for our family. The pros outweighed the cons, and tbh, we’d prob stay here again, but would ask if they’re still under construction. "

"Elevators are terrible you will have to wait 20+ minutes they have four but only one was working now signs explaining why, when I asked the just looked at me with no explanation, terrible service."
