"Peaceful rural setting Hotel/pool with rustic buildings restored sympathetically. Food very good - generous breakfast & interesting, delicious evening menu with a good choice for our 5 night stay. "We spent our last 3 days in Sicily at Bio Momentum and it was the perfect place to relax and recharge after lots of sightseeing. The food is excellent and the pool area very calming. If you’re looking for a place to truly unwind, this is it. Only downside: there’s not much within walking distance. "

"I'm a diamond Hilton guy with lots of time booked @ IHG and Marriott properties that travels extensively in my career globally. We stayed here with friends and family as a wrap up event behind a full week of travel throughout Sicily visiting all of the major cities & sites, then time in Contessa Entellina for an ancestral pilgrimage. The facilities, pools, beach, spa and staff were all exceptional.
