“So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. “This is my 3rd time staying there. The staff is very responsive and quick to address any issues. They also helped me get taxis at a reasonable rate, something difficult to achieve in Goa. The vegetarian breakfast is free and there is now an adjoining restaurant. The room is clran and the bed very comfortable. I hope to stay there again.”

“All of the staff were helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff on the 4th was very as efficient and kept the room tidy. The wait staff in the restaurant were helpful and even ensured that my order was cooked with no spices due to digestive problems. The hotel was in a safe location and the river view from my room was excellent. Now for the cons: the pool was inviting and I know it was windy which is why there were leaves and other debris floating in the water, the hotel could use some……

“We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us.
