「We came in for the Atlas Obscura music festival surrounding the total eclipse and were astonished and delighted to find Evan’s listing. The property is well designed, impeccably redone and tastefully decorated two bedroom one bath with an adorable eat in kitchen with banquettes looking out over a beautiful garden area. The neighborhood eateries are amazing! I will be coming back!!!」

The location is great with easy access to downtown, SOMA, and midtown. It’s a very walkable neighborhood. The owners were very easy to communicate with and check in/check out was simple. I really appreciated that it was pet friendly. I would absolutely recommend.」

「The house is very clean and has so many little extras. New TVs throughout and patio furniture that are not in the pictures were an added bonus! Location is perfect - just minutes away from everything.」

「House was quiet, clean and as described. Property owner and manager were very nice and responsive. Excellent fenced in large yard space for kids/dogs. Conveniently 10 minutes from restaurants/Walmart. 3 min from Dollar General. Only complaint is you cannot run hot water in sink while in shower or expect a cold shower. Also bring your own bath soap.」

「The house was great. Clean and well stocked. It is an older home so it is not fancy but that did not take away from the stay. We loved being able to hang out on the back deck. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.」

「This home is beautiful, immaculately clean, big enough for large gatherings, with attention paid to the details that make you feel at home. It is walking distance to the Capitol and within a half block of a long display of beautiful artistic murals that show a desire for social justice and freedom. It is only a five minute drive to historic Central High School national park and a tad more to the Fine Arts Museum, both a must-see for out of towners. 「Location was close to great restaurants and the area seemed safe (even with the eyesore across the street). House is older with a little bit of disrepair, but kitchen has been updated. Overall we had a nice two night stay.」

「My family of 3 really enjoyed this spacious house. It was beautiful. Looks just like the pictures. I really enjoyed the massage couch. The host were very attentive and answered all my questions quickly. They made sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend staying here. The only down side was the dog hair on everything. I don’t have a pet so it was a little annoying to have dog hair on my socks and all over the on the rugs. Other than that it was awesome.」
